Derma Dose Co.
Neck Traction Collar
A three-chamber inflatable collar that applies gentle upward traction to the cervical spine — at home, hands-free, in 15 minutes.
- ✓Inflatable cervical traction — decompresses in 60 seconds
- ✓Targets tight neck muscles, nerves, and posture strain
- ✓Adjustable to fit any neck size, upright or reclined use
- ✓15-minute sessions, fully portable
How it works
Each squeeze of the hand pump inflates three stacked chambers that press upward under the jaw and downward against the shoulders — applying gentle axial traction along the cervical spine, the same principle used in clinical cervical traction.
In the box
- 1× Three-tube inflatable cervical collar (navy blue)
- 1× Detachable hand pump with pressure-release valve
The Problem
Why your neck feels like that at the end of the day
Eight hours of phones, laptops, and forward-head posture compresses the cervical spine. Most interventions need a clinician or a tool you can't use at your desk. This is the smaller, quieter version that works at home.
The Solution
The principle behind cervical traction, miniaturized.
Traction applies a gentle lifting force along the axis of the cervical spine, increasing space between vertebrae and reducing compressive load on the soft tissue in between. The inflatable collar uses air pressure to create that lift — clinician-grade mechanism, at-home scale. Cervical traction has been studied as a conservative approach for neck pain and cervical radiculopathy. Two peer-reviewed references: Graham et al. (2008, DOI: 10.1002/14651858.CD006408.pub2) and Fritz et al. (2014, DOI: 10.2519/jospt.2014.5065). This is a consumer wellness device, not a medical device. Results vary.
- ✓**Three independent chambers** inflate progressively under the jaw, mid-neck, and shoulders
- ✓**Flocked suede-feel exterior** over a PVC inner bladder — soft against skin, no cold PVC contact
- ✓**Manual hand pump** with pressure-release valve — you control the inflation, stop at your comfort level

A closer look
Navy blue flocked fabric, three stacked chambers with steel grommets, detachable hand pump with release valve.
How it works
A simple daily ritual
Fit
Unfold the deflated collar and place it around your neck. The top ring should cup your jawline; the bottom ring should rest on your upper shoulders.
Inflate
Squeeze the hand pump. The three chambers inflate in sequence, lifting your chin and creating space at the back of your neck. Stop at firm support — not tightness.
Relax
Lean back in a chair, sofa, or bed for 15 to 20 minutes. Read, work, or watch TV. Open the release valve to deflate when you're done.

Questions
Answers before you ask
What does it actually feel like?
A firm upward lift at the jawline and behind the head, with light support across the shoulders. The first inflation may feel unfamiliar — stop at mild firmness, not tightness.
How long should I wear it?
15 to 20 minutes per session is a reasonable starting point. Listen to your body and don't over-inflate.
Who shouldn't use it?
If you have a history of cervical spine injury, vertebral artery conditions, osteoporosis, recent neck surgery, acute neck pain of unknown cause, or are pregnant, consult a physician before use. Discontinue if you experience pain, dizziness, numbness, or difficulty breathing.
Is this a medical device?
No. This is a consumer wellness device, not FDA-registered for diagnosis or treatment. Cervical traction is a common physical-therapy intervention, but this product is intended for comfort and at-home relaxation, not to treat any medical condition.
How long does shipping take?
$4.99 flat-rate tracked shipping. Orders process in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–14 days — some may take a little longer depending on carrier.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean the flocked exterior with a barely-damp cloth. Don't submerge. Keep away from sharp objects and direct sunlight.
Can I deflate and pack it for travel?
Yes. Open the release valve to fully deflate. The collar folds flat and packs with the hand pump.
30-day returns
